We’d like to remind all residents that their primary parking is their garage and driveway apron. This is to be used before guest/overflow parking.
If you find yourself filling up your designated parking spots and moving to guest/overflow parking, please be sure your car doors are locked. Also be sure that you have removed any garage door openers which could easily provide someone access to your unit if it falls into the wrong hands.
If you see any suspicious activity in the Asbury Woods community, please be sure to call 911.
Avoid costly fines by adhering the Asbury Woods parking rules.
Any area not marked for parking should be consider a fire lane.
Owners (or their renters) should be using their garage AND driveway before any overflow/guest parking is used.
Thank you for your compliance and helping us to maximize our available parking locations.
